In 2014, Elizabeth made her international debut with Oper Im Park in St. Anton am Arlberg, Austria as the Knusperhexe / Gertrud in Humperdinck’s “Hänsel und Gretel” and returned to sing Dorabella in “Cosí fan tutte” by Mozart the following year.

Ms. Mitchell began to sing with the Dodworth Saxhorn Band and the Dodworth Duo in 2014. Since then, she has toured throughout Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Pennsylvania. She has also recorded on the Dodworth Duo’s debut album “A Thorn Among Roses”.

Richard Knapp has performed locally with the Ann Arbor Civic Theater, starring as Sweeney Todd, and also with the Ann Arbor Symphony, Arbor Opera Theater, the Vocal Arts Ensemble, the Comic Opera Guild, UMGASS, and Ann Arbor Ballet Theatre.  He has sung as a soloist with the New York Philharmonic, the Kansas City Symphony, and the Lyric Opera of Chicago, and also danced professionally for 20 years.

While living and performing in Chicago, he taught at the VanderCook College of Music, and sang the national anthem for the Chicago Cubs, White Sox, and Blackhawks. Richard recently retired from teaching elementary school music in Ann Arbor, and he is still trying to figure out what he wants to be when he grows up.

David Andrews  has performed with professional theater companies including Light Opera Works (Evanston, IL), Theatre at the Center (Munster, IN), the Chicago Medieval Players at the University of Chicago, and toured nationally with Chamber Theater of Boston. He holds two B.A. degrees (Theatre and English) from Michigan State University, and an M.A. in Theatre Arts from Eastern Michigan University.

In recent years he has frequently performed in or directed productions with the University of Michigan Gilbert and Sullivan Society, of which he is a past-president and a current advisory board member.  He first developed an interest in the DSB repertoire from observing the strolling musicians at Greenfield Village, as a child growing up in his hometown of Dearborn, Michigan, and he later joined their ranks as a guitarist and tenor with the Dodworth Duo.
